The application process can be done on fabrication yard or off site or on site after the structural fabricated on site which is depend on the construction sequence and site constraint.

The layer of application generally consist of :

base element of structure ( steel/ wood)
Primer coating for the steel/ wood
In-tumescent coat ( or body coat)
Top coat
Finishing coat ( optional, apply the specify colour to match design)
